Uninstall GPT for Excel

Prerequisites

Remove ALL GPT formulas from ALL your workbooks before uninstalling the add-in. Leaving any GPT formula will cause Excel to reinstall the add-in automatically when you open the workbook.

1. From your workbook, select Add-ins in the Home tab.

   Note: If you're on a Mac, select Get Add-ins in the Insert tab.

   

2. Click More Add-ins.

   

   The Office Add-ins pop-up opens.

3. In the MY ADD-INS tab, hover over GPT for Excel Word and click on the Options menu.

   

4. Select Remove.

   

   A pop-up appears.

5. Click Remove to confirm.

The GPT for Excel add-in is removed from Microsoft Excel and Word. If you ever need to use the add-in again, you can follow the installation process at any time.
