Pause GPT formulas in your workbook

Prevent the execution of GPT formulas in your workbook to preserve your results and avoid costs.

When your formulas are active and the cache is disabled, reloading the GPT formulas triggers their re-execution, incurring costs and potentially returning new results each time.

Prerequisites
You have opened a Microsoft workbook containing GPT formulas and clicked GPT for Excel Word in the Home tab.

In the GPT for Excel sidebar, open the GPT functions tab and click Pause.

The label of the button changes to Run.

The GPT formulas in your workbook won't be executed until you click Run. If your workbook contains multiple sheets, the GPT formulas across all these sheets are prevented from executing.
