Buy extra-usage credits
Buy extra-usage credits when your seats' monthly quota runs out. Credits are added to a shared extra-usage balance for the whole space and are valid for 12 months from the most recent purchase.
Prerequisite

Only the space owner or a space admin can buy extra-usage credits.

You must be on a paid plan. Upgrade your free trial first if needed.

Sign in to the GPT for Work dashboard with the account that you use for your space.

In the sidebar, select Billing.

Click Buy credits.

Click Buy for the credit pack that best suits your needs.

Review your order and click Buy now.

Enter your billing information and click Go to checkout.

Enter your payment details and click Pay.
Your credits are added to the shared extra-usage balance and are available immediately.
