Buy extra-usage credits
Buy extra-usage credits when your seats' monthly quota runs out. Credits are shared across the whole space and are valid for 12 months from the most recent purchase.
Prerequisite
- Only the space owner or a space admin can buy extra-usage credits.
- You must be on a paid plan. Upgrade your free trial first if needed.

Open the GPT for Work dashboard and click Billing in the left sidebar.

On the Billing page, click Buy credits.

Click Buy for the credit pack that best suits your needs.

Review your order and click Buy now.

Enter your billing information and click Go to checkout.

Enter your payment details and click Pay.
Your credits are added to the shared extra-usage balance and are available immediately.
