Switch to another account

GPT for Excel authenticates independently of Microsoft Excel: switching accounts in Excel does not change the account used by the add-in.

If the account currently used by GPT for Excel is not the one you want to use, switch to another account:

1. Sign out of GPT for Excel.

2. Sign in again with the Microsoft or Google account you want to use.

Switching accounts in GPT for Excel also switches the account used by GPT for Word, since they use the same account session.

You have switched to another account. You can now use GPT for Excel with the new account.

If you signed in with the wrong account during installation, contact support to request an account transfer.
