Manage models for your space
As a space owner or admin, you can control which AI models are available to your team. This standardizes model access for your team and allows you to control costs.
This feature is available for Microsoft accounts only.
Prerequisites
You are the owner or an admin of the space.
Enable or disable models
You can enable or disable individual models for your team. This controls which models are available to your team in the add-in.
Sign in to the GPT for Work dashboard with your Microsoft account.
In the sidebar, select Models.
Use the toggle next to a model to enable or disable the model.
noteModels without an API key are not available with your subscription.
Your team can only select the enabled models in the add-ins.
Set a default model
You can choose which model is selected by default for new users. This allows you to standardize the model that users start with when they open the add-in for the first time.
Sign in to the GPT for Work dashboard with your Microsoft account.
In the sidebar, select Models.
Find the model you want to set as the default, and click Make default for the model.
The model is automatically selected as the default model for new users who open the add-in for the first time.
Manage access to future models
You can choose whether newly integrated models are automatically available to your team. Disabling automatic access to new models allows you to evaluate them before making them available to your team.
Sign in to the GPT for Work dashboard with your Microsoft account.
In the sidebar, select Models.
In the Other settings section, use the Enable new models by default toggle to enable or disable automatic access to new models.
noteWhen this setting is disabled, new models remain unavailable to your team until you manually enable them.
This setting now applies to all future models for your team.
